Baltic Youth Philharmonic unites talented music students from the Baltic Sea countries. The founder and artistic director of the orchestra and the youngest member of the composers' dynasty of the Järvis, Kristjan Järvi, directs the Baltic Youth Philharmonic during their musical tour of the Baltic countries with a diverse program 'Baltic Voyage' of shorter orchestral works by ten composers from the Baltic Sea countries.
